My journey has evolved from the physical to the profound, leading me from many unique rugby pitches across the UK and France, to the non-relenting corporate world of central London, all the way over to the serene landscapes of Bali.

It was in Bali where I discovered the transformative power of holistic health and reflexology, a shift that reshaped my approach to wellness. This shift changed my life entirely.

In 2023, I was not only fortunate enough to embrace reflexology, but was also fortunate enough to have met the love of my life, Melda, whose chronic foot pain was alleviated through nightly reflexology sessions I performed.

This personal experience reinforced my belief in reflexology's potential to heal and improve lives, leading me to create Mind Muscle Mafia and steer it towards becoming a UK market leader in reflexology products.
